i wish i could tell you that there was a cure out there. I've been suffering from it for the last 16 years, and I'm only 38. there is no known cure for it, however, i have noticed that when i listen to something soft (at low levels) like sounds of the ocean or rain it goes away, but it's only short lived because about 5-10 minutes later the ringing comes back. i don't hear buzzing, mine is like a super high C note that is 24/7, it sucks!
