Do you get the same benefits from green tea pills as you do from drinking green tea?
I'm not interested in weight loss - I'd just rather not get cancer if I don't have to.
I don't want to hear some "taking some time out of your day to savor the aroma, and flavory of the tea." garbage. I read that in order to get the benefits one has to drink 5-10 cups a day. In addition to the fact that I don't have time for 5-10 cups, I could see it becoming a big hassle, and can't picture myself following through for more than 2 days.
Anyway, a good website that isn't advertising pills, or someone who knows something about this would be very helpful. I don't need advice on life.
Can someone recommend me an aroma that increases appetite.?
