Sounds really weird, but it seriously works immediately. Put an unwrapped bar of soap under your fitted sheet close to your feet. my fiance has restless leg syndrome and we have not found any kind of home remedies for it. but she got something from her doctor that does help alot with it. i can't remember what the name of the medication was but it is something new they have come out with. talk to your doctor. the sample pack my fiance was given had 3 different stages of the medication. but it has really helped her and me sleep better. check with your doctor he should know of the medication i'm talking about.
