Does anyone know a supplement for Irregular periods? I have about 4-5 a year.?

Question:
I am 21 and I just got married in March. My Husband and I want to have a baby really soon. The only problem is I have irregular periods. I have about 4-5 a year. I am not on any type of medication or birthcontrol. And I'm not overweight. I weigh 95lbs. I don't have an eating disorder I have just always been a really small person. Could it be that I'm underweight? Does anyone know a supplement I can take to help regulate my period? And do you think I will be able to have children? I would really appreciate any feed back you have. Thanks

Homeopathic Treatment :-
You can take PULSATILLA 200C once a day an excellent remedy for irregular periods. But it will be better if you give complete details about how you feel for an appropriate remedy.
Take care and God Bless.

I suggest looking into acupuncture. My acupuncturist has a board full of pictures of babies that he has helped the mother with their infertility.
Well first of all, yes i am definately sure you will have kids. As for the irregular period thing i have that same problem, my doctor suggested taking vitamins or birthcontrol. Although i think birthcontrol would make it less likely for u to have kids since well...birthcontrol is mainly used for the prevention of that i wouldn't recommend it. As for the vitamins my doctor told me to take vitamin e, vitamin b 6 or vitamin b6 complex (either works), a multivitamin (like those chewable flinstones), and Calcium Citrate (be careful when u choose that one cuz there are two kinds one makes u consipated and the other doesn't so talk to the pharmasist b4 u buy it) All in all talk to ur doctor first about it and see what he/she says to do. Alright hope i helped and good luck with the baby!
Try drinking soy milk. It's not a quick remedy, took about 3 months for me (one 8-oz glass per day) to see any results. It was suggested to me by a friend who said it did wonders for her during menopause because of the natural hormone. Told me to try for irregular periods. It not only helped me get regular, it lessens a lot of the bad symptoms I always have with each period. I don't like taking pills and this is a safe and natural way to get regular. Hope this helps.
