Does anyone know what a safe dose of blue cohosh is?

Question: I am going to use it to try and induce a miscarrage. I plan to use parsley and vitamin C as well, I'm not sure how much blue cohosh to take though. would a tinture or a decoction work better. How long should I take it, and how long does it normaly take to induce uterine contractions?Please don't assault me with a bunch of pro life opinions, I have made up my mind. I'm just concerned about my saftey thanks
