if u want 2 increase Ur Height 2 only some inches then u can go 4 Yoko Height .....It is not as much gud 2 increase Ur Height 2 Feets But Only couple of inches it can work......U can also Try Exercises Like Hang Ur self from a Pipe every day.....it can also help but only 4 some inches.....sleep straight every night.....n drink a Lots of Milk.!!!!

Not many indian medicines would work that well. Especially in a MONTH. If I knew some I would post them, but if you want to get tall, you should have thought about that from 10-15 and drink milk, afterall 30% of height is affected as a preteen, and 10% as a teen.
