not everything natural is optimal

Caffeine acts as a diuretic and can relieve headaches. For aggression you could try St. John's Wort. You might want to consider seeing and acupuncturist. They usually have all sorts of natural, strange Eastern concoctions for every ailment. Agression-natural oils like Clery Sage, lavender are soothers.
Kava will also help calm.
Arnica is a good pain reliever, externally though. water-natural diuretic.
water-in pain management
water -keep you cool
hydrotherepy works.
