why Japanese people live very long ?
Question:
Answers:
It's actually true, too! The Center for Disease Control put out an article called "Healthy People 2010," in which it stated that Japanese people have the longest life expectancy in the world!
But why? I'm not entirely sure but I think it has to do with their lifestyle. They eat well (low fat meats, rice, tea?) and eat smaller portions, they exercise, they have good hygiene (it's normal practice in Japan to wear a face mask when one is sick to prevent others from getting sick), and they know how to cope with stress. I'm not stereotyping, but it just seems that the Japanese have well-rounded, healthy lives.

Eating a lot of fish has much to do with it - they have a much higher intake of omega 3 fatty acids as a result. However, quality of fish is declining and most fish now contains more toxins like mercury.
eating a low fat diet and no fast food
