Cannibis is detectable in blood/urine for up to 6 weeks after the last session. You could try exercising a lot and using diuretics (they make u urinate), but either could make it worse, as THC substituents are fat soluble and thus by exercising you could release more traceable elements. I have to say the best solution is not to do it in the first place.
Likelihood is that if you smoked within the last 2-3 weeks there is NOTHING you can do. Sorry for the bad news there!
