Don't take Tylenol Pm if you don't need the pain relief, Tylenol can lead to liver problems, and the only other ingredient in Tylenol PM is exactly what I said to take; diphenhydramine. Tylenol simply sleep is deceiving in that it contains no Tylenol at all, it's pure diphenhydramine at a huge price.
