Has anyone healed their eyes naturally?
I was thinking of using the Bates' Method to try and heal my eyes during the holidays (7 weeks) and I wanted to know if anybody healed their eyes and how long it took (non-surgical)? What method did you use?

my ex did.he said he more so trained them. he stopped wearing his glasses little by little and started purposly focusing on objects until they became clearer. my eye sight is too bad to attempt that, it would take too long and id miss too much lol good luck though :)

I did, first I started to lose focus because I used to sit 15 hours a day before my monitor. Now I am much better when I started to open the window every hour and concentrate my vision on a far object for few minutes.
