old ijury: Torn Ligament, trouble... any help?
bout 6-5? years ago, I tore a ligament in my right leg, (knee to ankle one) and I had a cartilage build up so bad I nearly had surgery...
and for the past years it tends to bother me once in a while, nothing has helped it...
