need to find a place that will test for food alergies with out needles?
I think i have food alergies, can anyone tell me of a place or company that tests without needles as Im real scared of needles.
I live an organic lifestyle and like to use natural cures if possible.

You are able to test for food allergies without needles. You need to contact a NUTRITIONIST . They will test you for the alergies by putting a little monitor on your finger , you won't feel anything and it won't hurt . She /he will go through a list of food which are in little bottles and the monitor will detect if you are allergic to any of the substances . I have had it done it is very good and you will get a list after of all the foods to avoid . It cost approx £25 .
