Answers:
Elevate your legs once you at home, take an ice bag place on the sore parts of your legs leave there for 15 minutes but not any longer. Try not to do any pushing of furniture or any hard work around your house. Then right before bed time take a soothing bath if at all possible. In the morning try to stay away from anything with caffeine and you should do this on a regular basis and also try to exercise just a little each day..
Good Luck..

You need to see an orthopedist, a doctor who specializes in that kind of pain. Did you have X-rays or scans taken? That is necessary to figure out the problem. Where in your legs exactly? Does your work require that you stand up for 8-10 hours straight? You maybe entitled to worker's compensation.
Let me have some additional information on your pain. Is it sharp or dull? Where on your legs? Which leg hurts the most? Do you do alot of activity (i.e. running)? Do you sit down all day at work? Is the pain worse when you sit or stand? What time of day / night is the pain worse?
Could range from shin splints to poor circulation to inflammation of the joints.

my dad had the same problem a few years ago.as he's contractor he's gotta a lot of standing to do. at one point he cudn't even stand for an hour.
after exhausting the usual medical treatments.he finally went for ayurvedic treatment. He got ' panchakarma' done wch is a kind of a massage. 1 month later he was back on his feet standing 10-12 hrs a day and no pain.
i heard even accupressure or acuupuncture helps too. Poor circulation. Try drinking a tea of sage or thyme to help it while you are at work
