What can you use for a foot soak if you're trying to detox?
Saw a home foot spa for sale, $400, which promises that soaking your feet in this powder and hot water will allow toxins to be released through your feet. OK, so obviously folks are paying for the formula, whatever it is, can you suggest a cheaper alternative? If I soak my feet in hot water and epsom salts is that enough?
Does acupuncture work or is it just a co-incidence if a body improves?
Answers:
Apple cider vinegar! If I feel toxic, I alternate so one night I soak in hot water and epsom salts then the next night in hot apple cider vinegar with water.
Be sure to drink plenty of water, too!

NO. No. You are going to get ripped off through this. Detoxification comes through nutritional changes and suppliments.
Go buy a detox kit at the health food store and do the program.
You can't detox from your feet.
If you really want to sweat it out, go do hot house yoga or go to a sauna. Otherwise, don't waste your cash.
