Anyone ever used the Colonix cleansing program?

I tried it. It was easy to use. I guess I had some mild benefits. Flatter tummy, good digestion, etc., but it was nothing dramatic.

I didn't see any weird creatures or "plaque." What I DID see was strands and particles of partially digested food, which could look like worms and eggs, if you didn't know what to look for. I also saw "ribbons" which looked like what some on the website were describing as plaque, but to me they looked like ribbons of the psyllium product that you take.

I'm in pretty good health, so maybe my experience wasn't typical of someone in poor health. But I have to say, it wasn't worth the money, but I was willing to give it a try.
