Anyone know about ear infections?

Question: Does anyone know if an ear infection can cause a high pitch noise? There's no pain but it feels like it pops once in awhile like there is water from swimming in it and the high pitch noise is driving me nuts! Thx!

The noise is tinnitus and it may or may not go away after the antibiotics take care of the ear infection. For now there is nothing you can do about tinnitus. Once the ear infection is gone if you still have the tinnitus you can see your doc about it but generally tinnitus is not curable.

If you have water in it, there's this stuff that you can buy, I think it's alcohol and it will immediately get the water out I don't know about the noise.
