Do binaural beats work?

I was experimenting with Binaural beats and they don't really seem to have a PROFOUND effect. What do you guys think?

What was the medical purpose for cigarettes!?

Answers:
I have been listening to binaural beats nearly every day for about a year and a half, and I love them. The effects are subtle, as they are in meditation, but if you get into the practice of doing "sessions" on a regular basis, you will notice more profound effects on your health. The three most important areas to concentrate on for good health are nutrition, exercise, and RELAXATION!

I learned how to meditate first, which may help you. Learn more about deep diaphragmatic breathing and other relaxation techniques, and they will help you along a great deal. Also, it takes a few sessions before the your brain will respond to the binaural beats, so you may still be in that beginning phase.

Some signs that the technology is working are heat in the hands and feet and itching.
