i have severe carpal tunnel syndrome i cannot afford surgery?


what can i do to help the feeling like my arm is in a constant state of being shocked is there anything natural or manmade that will help?

my doctor prescribed me valium 10 mg what will this do for me is it a happy pill?

First, there are no effective alternatives to surgery. B vitamins might help, wearing a splint might help, stopping the activity that is causing it might help, but these are only temporary measures and in my experience they will have little effect. The longer surgery is postponed, the more likely that there will be permanent nerve damage. If this is a workplace injury, Workers Comp will pay. If not, there are other measures. Talk to your doctor frankly. He or she should be able to help you find affordable surgery.

BTW, carpal tunnel syndrome results from pressure on the nerve in the wrist. Chiropractors cannot alleviate this and I seriously doubt that acupuncture would have any effect either. You need a traditional orthopedic specialst. Good luck in finding help!
