You can get severely dehydrated, even to the point of dropping your blood pressure to dangerous levels. Be careful with this medicine. It must be taken with a doctor's advice. Also it will drop the potassium in your blood so eat at least one banana or orange juice each day you are taking it. good luck.

because this is a diurectic, u can of course become dehydrated, but also it can deplete your potassium levels, which can lead to all sorts of problems. bottom line do not take this med unless rx by your doctor.
