Around my lips there are blemmishes/white spots I can't get rid of..?

I have these blemishes and spots that I can't get rid of around my lips - people tell me hair grows out of them but when I squeeze them they are like pimples.. and they spread across my lips too. Sorry if this doesn't sound too eloquent! It's a problem I've had for so long and I'd just like to be rid of this once and for all.

why is a brain transplant impossible,to be more precise why isn't it introduced,&is it possible ?

Look up the pictures on Google or something and let me know if that is what it is. If it is, it's a sebaceous gland thing and pretty normal.

I get the same thing sometimes. I found that if I have a nice steamy washcloth and open up the pores in that area before using my cleanser, it helps to get the impurities out. Then I don't develop a build-up of the white spots anymore.
