You first need to try to identify the cause of your headaches. Do drink 6-8 glasses (a lot) of water throughout the day? Dehydration can cause headaches. As well as caffeine.do you notice that you have headaches on days that you don't drink caffeine? It's a withdrawal symptom. Chiropractic care may be another option. They should be able to tell you, after x-rays, if there are any subluxations in your spine that may be causing the headaches.

I suffered from weekly (Saturday) migraines since I had my first child. My internal medicine doctor at U of P suggested I try B2 400 mgs a day because a study was just released of their benefit to people with frequent migraines. I started 3 years ago and have not had one since. They are water soluble, so you just pee them out. I tell all my friends about this and they started on them and are doing well too. See link below.
