My right heal hurts and has not healed properly, any suggestions?

Question:
I can walk ok but it still hurts. I am not sure how I hurt it??

Answers:
A very common issue with heels are heel spurs. These are actually small bone growths that grow right on the bottom of the heel. They hurt when you walk or press on the bottom of your heel. They often occur as a result of plantar facitis. If they are surgically removed they often grow back. If this sounds like your problem try a heel cup to add cushion to your heel.

Other Answers:
You probably have flat feet. And your heal muscles are hurt. It can take months to get better. Talk to the doctor about the best kind of shoes you need to buy.
