talk to your doc to see if there are alternatives. if youre taking it for blood pressure there are tons of other drugs you can take with less side effects. if youre taking it for something else there may or may not be alternatives

There's actually a lot you can do. Try a penis pump and **** ring together. First, pump for 15 minutes or so to get the blood into the penis and then put the **** ring (best bet is one made of silicone) around the base of the penis and around the testicles to hold the blood in. If you can't last long, try a male genital desensitizer. These are usually benzocaine sprays that go on only the most sensitive places on the penis. There are also condoms made by Lifestyles and Durex that come with desensitizing lubricant on the inside. Good luck!
