in the morning. they have b12 in them. that gives you energy.
It's more likely to keep you awake. It would be better to burn those calories in the day. There's a reason why your metabolism slows down at night, it to give your body a chance to rest and recuperate from the day's stress, if you metabolism is blaring it won't be able to do that and over time you metabolism will slow down all together.
It depend on the manufacturer of the vitamins how they want to be taken. Some will want you to take it both morning and evening. Follow the instructions carefully.
Additional note: Do take note that not all people will be able to absorb the minerals and essence of the vitamins completely even though you follow the instruction. This is due to the fact that our cells don't absorb every minerals being swallowed. To know more, you can email me at urea74@yahoo.com.sg.
I agree with morning. Also, make sure you have them with food (unless the label says otherwise) or you are wasting your money on vitamins.
You've got to read the label, and follow the instructions. If it says take after meals, then after lunch will be better when the body is in the assimilation phase. For herbs, amino acids, and others that say take on an empty stomach, then whenever you haven't eaten is best. For me it's 1st thing in the morning because I don't eat much for breakfast.
Read the labels and it also depends on the doctors prescriptions that you take. Some vitamins are to be taken on an empty stomach and others are to be on a full stomach and most always with a full glass of water at least. And some are not to be mixed with certain other amino acids or herbs. Just ask a nutritionist for advise if you can find one in your area
best time to take vitamins in my opinion
i would say morning! because Chromium is the mineral component of the glucose tolerance factor (GTF) mollecule. This compond is required for the proper entrance of blood sugar into the cells, where it is used for energy production. This chromium is specially bonded (chelated) with amino acids to protect mineral value and enhance assimilation.
One tablet daily, or as recommended by your health care professional.for further information..
