After a STROKE,I have aphasia(no speech)?

Question:

Last month I contcted gentleman from UK.I lost his e-mail Id.This is regarding my speaking.Nearly 2 years PLUS I lost voice.I have vertigo,still.My left eye is gone almost.God left some things with me so that I can at least use e-mail.
I want to contact this getnleman desparetely.

I have every day
Warf-10 mg,Lipitor-10 mg,Aspirin-81 mg,Iso sorbite monotrate-30 mg,Dilantin-200 mg,Lisinopril-20 mg.
I firmly believe that Homeopathy has very good results.
Can same gentleman answer me now,please??
