Answers:
You must follow a protocol which includes proper diet, proper supplementation, and proper exercise..
1. DIET
Don't eat any food with artificial flavorings, colorings, pesticides, chemicals, hormones, herbicides or antibiotics. Eat 75% raw fruits and vegetables with some nuts, seeds, and oils. Oils only include cold pressed bottled organic or fish oil capsules. You may eat some avocado and coconut on some days but not often.
Dairy foods, eggs and meat are prohibited. Some northwestern non-farm raised cold water fish is ok. Shellfish is prohibited.
It is very good to drink white and green teas. Avoid carbonated beverages or anything with sugar (corn sweeteners, fructose, glucose, etc) Avoid caffeinated food or drinks.
All food and drink should be from organically grown sources and
pure water. (Tap water should never be drunk. Get a filter or buy
good water)
2. SUPPLEMENTS
You need to take a strong food-source multi-vitamin daily. Also take vits E 400 iu(with mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols), calcium/magnesium (ration 1:1)1000mg, COQ10 100MG 3XDAY,
grape seed extract 100mg 2x day, vit C with Quercetin (2g C w/ 500mg quercetin 4x day), alpha lipoic acid (300mg 1xday) ,
take a good anti-oxidant blend like Gary Null "Super Antioxidant",
n-acetyl cysteine 2g/day, l-carnosine, acetyl l-carnitine, phosphatidyl choline , phosphatidyl serine, and if not found already in either the multi or the anti-oxidant blend, take lutein 20mg/day, bilberry 2mg day, gingko biloba 20mg.
3. EXERCISE
45 minutes of aerobic exercise daily not to exceed 75% of maximum heart rate ((220-age) x .75) and 30 minutes of muscle building weight training and resistance work (machines, free weights, yoga strength postures)
4. MOOD ENHANCERS

Dr Jannis Kountouras of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Macedonia and fellow researchers have found a link between Helicobacter pylori, a bacterium typically associated with stomach ulcers, and glaucoma. The scientists detected H. pylori bacteria in 36 of 41 glaucoma patients. At the end of 2 years, they found improved glaucoma pressure and increased field of vision only in the patients whose H. pylori bacteria had been eradicated."
It is also suggested that a good protocol includes ozone therapy.
Check source list or google ozone therapy.
