What's a good colon cleansing kit I can buy at my local supermarket?

Question:
And how do I use it? How long does it take? What is the approximate cost of it?

Answers:
I don't know if you are talking about colon cleansing or laxatives.
Natural Senna Leaves made into a tea is a good general cleanser for your digestive system as is a diet high in fiber.
One supplement that is not available in stores is one with Acidophilus and bifidobacterium in a gel cap that keeps your upper and lower digestive tract balanced with the proper flora and good bacteria. The amount of Acidophilus is equivalent to 10 cups of yogurt. I can give you the name of the place I get this if you like. another good choice is Walmart's Vegetable Laxative
which is nothing more than Senna in tablet form or brand name Sennakot which is more expensive. both work well and are natural herbal remedies that have been around for centuries.

People turned their backs on natural products about 50 or so years ago, when the big guns with all the money started making
pharmaceuticals/ie drugs. I have never taken a Rx drug that did not have ill side effects, therefore avoid these whenever possible.

Good luck and feel free to e-mail me if you want more info.
