is the CPAP machine not a natural remedy?
Most of what I've read is about behaviour modification, changing sleep patterns, stop smoking, lose weight (where applicable), avoid alcohol & sleeping pills.

Many sleep apnea sufferers use a CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) machine. Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) is a treatment in which a mask is worn over the nose and/or mouth while you sleep. The mask is hooked up to a machine that delivers a continuous flow of air into the nostrils. The pressure from air flowing into the nostrils helps keep the airways open so that breathing is not impaired.

There is also surgery or dental devices that can be used.
I'd recommend finding a good greens supplement, vitamin B supplement and a supplement designed to support your thyroid.

Products infused with therapeutic-grade essential oils can increase the supplement's ability to assist your body's efforts to function properly and increase the bio-availability of supplements.

There are also certain essential oil blends designed by Young Living that can support you in your efforts.

It is very important, however, to be sure that the oils are therapeutic-grade, not just any "aromatherapy" oil you can buy, even at health food stores, will have the properties to bring the benefits I've spoken of here and some can even be toxic.
