what is alkaline food?

Answers:
I'm the same way. It really depends. It can go either way. Birth control regulates it somewhat.. well not anymore for me. But, if you are trying to get pregnant or just regulate your periods without being on the pill, then talk to your OB about taking Provera every 3 months or whenever you want a period. Its recommended that you have one at least every 3 mos. to avoid uterine build up... nasty.. i know. But, anyway. I like the provera.

Does anyone have any recommendations on herbs for children?

Discuss this with your doctor. I have a problem with my period as well. I usually skip months no more than two at a time and then have normal periods. Once I only had a period for two days and it was very light. I'm healthy and don't understand why I'm still having irregular periods.

do you know of any herbs that kill your sex drive.?

You really need to get that checked out. This is not normal at all. If you have seen a GYN about this situation then cool. You just need to get one of those fertility moniters to see when you are fertile. You might just have an odd cycle. Good luck with that!
