There's an intelligent combination! Let's just mix an anti-depressant with a depressant! Approximately 75% of all people with some from of a depressive disorder drink too much and that's why they are depressed. One of the warnings on Zoloft is to NOT DRINK. Quit mixing drugs!

Per the Zoloft folks: You should not drink alcohol if you take Zoloft. This includes beer, wine, and hard liquor. When Zoloft was studied, it did not increase the effects of alcohol, but using Zoloft with alcohol is not advised.
