My friend had surgery on his back now he is buying pain killers on the street. What can I do to help?

Convince him he needs help. He's addicted- painkillers are no different then any other street drug. They become super addictive after a while and certain drugs like Vicoden can hurt you in the long run. If you cant help him and he has a strong family it would be best to talk to them (if they're big in his life). He might hate you for a while but in the end he'll realize that you care about his well being. The big thing is to speak openly and honestly with him and tell him that you care about his life.
How can a toxic substance like nickeous sulfate be allowed in CENTRUM?
