Valerian root, Valerian (is an herb) has a calming effect on your body so it aids in relaxation. 5HTP, magnesium, chamomile, passion flower... search for Natural Sleep remedies. There are normally "sleep formula's" in the vitamin section that combine some of these herbs and vitamins. Don't take one thing after another. If you can fall asleep, or stay asleep and it seems "nothing" is working talk to your doctor. Sleep deprivation can cause physical and mental health problems.
