Try and get referred to a dermatoligist, GPs will just prescribe steroids. Unfortunately I'm from Ireland so can't reccomend one, but look for alternatives to steroids. Silcocks base is good for everyday management , use it as soap during bad bouts. H45 also can be good. I've found dairy and polyester aggreviate mine but everyone is different. Good luck
