I know you're looking for someone to recommend some great yoga type activity. However, self-indulging mind meditation is not the answer here. If you want to meditate on something that will bring real change then I have a solution for you. Meditate on a book. Not just any book. The book that is the world's best selling book every week for hundreds of years. Now its a big book with many portions that are a little confusing to the beginning reader. So let me point you into the right direction. I'll suggest three spots to get you started. OHHHH first I need to tell you that the book is the Bible. Try reading the New International Version or something easier to read then the King Jame Version that sat on your grandpa's dusty shelf. Then turn to John the 4th book in the New Testament (about 2/3'rds of the way through the book) and start meditating on it). Two other places to read (Luke and Psalms) Ok now for the prescription
By alternative medicine orders I prescribe 30 minutes each morning and evening reading John, Luke and Psalms. Take two doses per day and email me back in two weeks.

Are you saying that you lack patience, get distracted and get pissed off? Are you saying that you are a negative person who happens to be surrounded by complaining people? If that is the case, then you need a major attitude adjustment. I am not trying to be offensive to you; I'm trying to help you. In the literature that I read, it says to surround yourself with people that support you, have positive attitudes, and care about you. Have you ever heard the song that goes "When you're smiling-the whole world smiles with you"? Well, that saying is true. People love to be around someone who does not complain-so stop complaining. If you know someone that can actually advise you on a particular problem, then state the problem concisely (without complaining) and ask for their opinion. Ask a few people like this, then think about it. Look up some answers-do some research on it. If it is work problems, there are lots of places to get answers, and the same goes for personal problems. But, it takes work on your part. You will feel a lot better for having taken positive action and you will be better for it. Good luck.
