I called my brother who works at our local Home depot and he said that the lab they sent him to required you to empty pockets and no bags or coats heavy sweat shirts etc. Basically can't take anything in the bathroom and everything was taped shut in the bathroom and the sink was located outside the bathroom. It will be different depending on the lab.

I am so jackin with you I have no clue!

i worked for lowes and walmart and had to do a drug test. they dont watch you or nothin. just take in good piss in a balloon in your undies and fill the cup with it.
Home Depot uses the saliva test, as does Lowe's and several others. The saliva test is used as a quick screen, either pre-hire, or post accident. I am doubtful that the test is rigorously supervised, since the chain of custody begins with managements possession.
