Is it ok to take Sam-e and St. John's Wort at the same time?

I take ST. johns for my SA and DD and have tried other supplement while on it and im fine, so just try expiermenting or ask your doctor,btw i like your avatar.
I wouldbe careful with this stuff..
what are you reasons for taking sam-e? if you are depressed you need to talk to your doctor. depending on your type of depression there could be advserse effects. i fyou are manic depressive especially. if you are a 'normal' healthy person supposedly sam-e is practically useless.
