Answers:
iron-rich foods such as red meat, beans, egg yolks, whole-grain products, nuts, seafood, iron-fortified cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, and dried fruit and also folic acid and vitamin B12 are good for the red blood cells. Low White count may indicate an illness such as infection is present. My advice is seek a physician for this problem.

Other Answers:
Spinach builds red blood cells. So do red meats, dark, leafy green vegetables & beans.
Beef. It's what's for dinner. Seriously. check it out for yourself.
LIVER is one of the best sources of iron to boost your red blood cells but you could just take an over the counter supplement. The doctor could also give you a prescription. For white counts they have special shots they give cancer patients to boost WBC. I dont really know of any foods to help with increasing WBC's. You need to talk to a doctor. Take care
Homeopathy :-
CHINA OFF 30C, thrice a day half hour before meals gives you a better appetite and enhances the production of Red Blood Capsules in all human beings highly recommended after debilitating disease and sickness especially after Malaria.
Take Care and God Bless you
