I have been experiencing itching in between my toes. I suspect it to be athlete foot. Do you have any remedy?

Question:
I have been experiencing this ever since I shared a shoes and it has spread to under my foot as well. At times, it makes my foot turn whitish and scaly.

Answers:
When you are in the shower, urinate on your feet. Seriously.

"Proponents of urine therapy claim that urine is very effective at killing athlete's foot. Urea, the "active ingredient" in urine, is already used in many drugs and treatments made by pharmaceutical companies to treat athlete's foot. This controversial treatment method recommends urinating on the infected area once a day in the shower. According to supporters, urine therapy not only kills existing fungi, it prevents new fungi from growing in the infected area."

Follow up by rinsing your feet well, drying them well, and then applying a cream to kill the fungus (such as tolnaftate or miconozole).

Herbally speaking, you can try soaking your feet in a strong tea made from pau d'arco. (1 oz herb to 1 pint water, steep for 20 minutes). Take goldenseal/echinacea and pau d'arco capsules internally, as well. Dry your feet and apply tea tree oil, which is also a fungicide. It will sting, though. If you want a triple whammy, after the tea tree oil dries, apply the commercial ointment.
use zinc oxide.if it still continues consult a dermatologist.
