Hypnotist said that they will charge 995 for a lifetime guarantee on weight loss, what do you think?

Question:
Is it worth it? Does this therapy work? I have tried EVERYTHING! (serious answers only) It is a lot of money, but honestly, if I can knock off a few pounds, and it really changes my thinking, it may be worth it. I dont want to be scammed either.

Answers:
No, diet and exercise are the only way to go. You will lose 1000 bucks if you goto the hypnotist, and still be overweight. D&E aren't "easy", but it's the only way. The hard part is getting started. The next hardest thing is staying motivated to avoid the things that got you there in the first place. And no, it's not easy, but it's the only way.

Look at this way: With the outragious amount of money Americans spend on pills and such annually, shouldn't we be the skinniest people on the planet? Well we aren't. So what does that tell you? We want the quick fix, and nobody has ever gone broke catering to that. nobody. However, that's not what works. What works is working out and eating right. Just look at the millions of skinny people out there, what are they doing? Ordering grilled chicken instead of cheeseburgers. They are busy doing things not watching tv. These are the simple things they do every day to maintain a slim figure. The harder things they do include sacrificing an hour or two every day to hit the gym.

It's not easy, that's why there are so many support groups out there.
Is there a decimal point somewhere in 995?
