PLEASE HELP! Natural remedies for back pain?

Question:

Answers:
Some great things you can do for chronic back pain include: appying ice packs or heating pads (whichever seem to work best for you) whenever the pain starts to get worse, OR as a preventative (for example, if you just went out gardening for an hour and that usually flares up your back, put ice on the spot right away to help keep the flare-up from even beginning); acupuncture; yoga; Pilates to help build up your core muscle/abdominal strength (it's your abs that help to protect your back whenever you do something that strains your back's muscles); regular aerobic exercise; eating a healthy diet; losing weight if you are overweight or obese.

Physical therapy from a professional can also be extremely helpful, and if you haven't done PT yet, talk to your doctor about getting some appointments. This is usually the standard first step for anybody who has a back pain problem.

Also, if the pain is pretty severe and constant, consider talking to a mental health professional as well. Chronic pain is extremely stressful on your entire body, and often leads to depression and/or anxiety, which can make the pain even worse.

Hang in there and good luck!

# Garlic is one of the most common home remedies for common ailments. It holds good in backache too. Take 2-3 cloves of garlic every morning or take a massage with garlic oil in the area of pain.
# Raw Potato could be used in the form of poultice, which could be very effective solutions for backache.
# Make a mixture of lemon juice and common salt and take it 2 times a day for relief from backache.
# Avoid fatty, spicy and fried foods.
# Take plenty of salad that should include raw vegetables such as radish, lettuce, cucumber, cabbage, carrot and tomato.

Other daily activities could be incorporated in your life to prevent or have relief in backache:

1. Don't lie down a lot. Keep mobile, as it will improve blood circulation
2. Do light exercise regularly
3. While bending, bend your knees.
4. Keep a straight posture while sitting or else upper back pain while sitting could happen
5. Do not try to lift weight, which you can't.
6. Don't sleep on your stomach.

Get one of those big slanty pillows and put it at the head of your bed, (big part near top of hed of course).. Get another pillow, one called a "back hugger".. It pushes into the small of your back. Lay the 2nd pillow on top of the first ..the back huggar so that it fills into the small of your back, and lay back and have a nap. Use it to sleep in all night long.

There is something, comes in a abottle, called d-otubo-curarine per cc..for intramuscuilar use only. It is a majic painkiller. a 1 cc injection has been used for pain, and in 45 mink pain has slackened off. Object is next day to be able to take manipulative treatments and maybe a second injection of the doctor's bottled magic.. no adverse reactions and no recurrence of the pains.. but people have to avoid being careless when lifting and avoid it. The stuff is not a narcoticI t has worked at a critical point of juncturer between nerve and muscle called the myoneural junction in the hands of a genius.
To keep from throwing your back out, when you want to pick up somethinbg off the floor get up and kneel down. Don't lean forward and then push yourself forward when it takes bending your back.

I don't know how you are financially, but if you can afford to go get a massage on a regular or even a semi-regular basis it would help you soooo much! If the finances are tuff find a massage school in your area and you can get some good discounts! ALSO drink lots of water so your muscles stay hydrated!
