Valeriana drops for anxiety?

Question:
They helped the first two times. Would they help after a couple of months again, or has the body gotten used to it for long?

Answers:
valerian like any substance can become less effective with frequent use. The less used, the longer it remains effective in use. Be careful, valerian is metabolized in the liver and can do damage if used for a prolonged period. Leave it alone for a month and then use it sparingly when you start again.
Have you tried Kava Kava? It is also good for anxiety.
