Actually I did and I even wrote a book about it. Let me give you a hint. There is not one product that will stop all outbreaks 100% of the time no matter what people say but a good combination of several simple natural herpes remedies and supplements can definitely keep herpes symptoms away. It may take some trial and error as not every body reacts the same way and not every body has the same diet. Look for vitamin and mineral supplements that contain a lot of zinc, vitamin C, E and a little vitamin A, copper and selenium. Try to eat as much as fresh garlic as possible (no more than 3 cloves each time). If you can't digest fresh garlic you may use garlic supplements. I can assure you that unless you suffer from a severe disease like AIDS or lupus, you can live symptoms free without taking anything or any drug that may jeopardize your health in the long run.
