1. Direct, without mixing with anything?
2. Mixing it with water?
3. Mixing it with water and honey?

Apple cider vinegar is a a potent healthy product. It must be taken in small increments. If I were you, I would use a tablespoon of this vinegar in a large glass of water about three times a day. This vinegar cleans out the blood vessels naturally. This is why the old people in the South just live the longest of lives.
