Is it safe to exercise during the last pahses of a cold?


Question:
i have had the cold for 5 days now and well its already going way it seems. my nose is barely a little stuffy and i just keep hacking up phlem. thats all i feel good. the thing is i exercise regularly and well these past 5 days have sucked for me. so do you think i sound ready to hit the track.

Answers:
Even during the last phases of a cold, a few things can spark the whole cold process all over again. Maybe you should try to do a few exercise that aren't too strenuous. (i.e talking a short walk, a few push-ups, or even stretching often) But don't push yourself too hard too fast. Hope that helps a little.
