I suffer from terrible migrains sick banging headache pins and needles one side of my body tonuge and face?

I agree with everyone else. You need to see a doctor immediately! My husband has really bad migraines and I don't think I ever heard him talking about tingling of his face and body. It is usually a really bad pain on one side or the other of his forehead that occasionally will wrap around to the back of his head. Sensitivity to light and sound also accompany them. What you are describing sounds more like a stroke or the onset of some sort of neurological disorder. My dad had a TIA (not sure what the letters stand for) but it is basically a mini stroke last year and he had similar symptoms as to what you are describing. Also, my mother was diagnosed with a neurological disease 20 years ago and her symptoms started out with some headaches, dizziness, and tingling sensations. You need to have some tests done...probably a MRI and bloodwork. DON'T TAKE THIS LIGHTLY!!!
You need to go to a doctor to be diagnosed and appropriately treated
