Which herbs naturally supress appetite?

I am looking for herbal tea with natural appetite supressent properties. I am looking for natural alternatives not 'diet' teas.

Fennel seed tea has been used by people in Italy for centuries to help suppress the appetite. Chinese traditional medicine also recommends the use of herbal teas for weight loss.

Several African herbal slimming teas claim to reduce water retention, remove toxins from the lymphatic system (and so break down cellulite), cleanse the excretory system through use of a mild laxative, and curb the appetite. Like some Chinese teas, these African preparations often contain senna leaves. Senna has a purging effect, but this is no way to diet. It only temporarily reduces weight, can remove excessive amounts of fluid and may cause powerful stomach cramps.

I'm deeply sceptical about the sort of claims being made for slimming herbal teas. The only way to slim successfully is by changing to long-term healthy-eating habits.

The only use I see for teas is as an alternative to high calorie snacks. As long as you keep added extras such as milk (skimmed of course!) to a minimum and replace sugar with sweeteners, you can safely drink large quantities without piling on the calories.

Green Tea, usually does it for me. I like to make it myself and drink it cold. You can read about all the benefits of GT on the Internet.
Yerbe mate' and ginseng, also guarana...don't take if you have high blood pressure or a heart arrhythmia...
I find that what many work for 1 person doesn't necessarily work for all people. I think green tea will work the best. I also you use a product called Slimirex.
