well what i do is have either a cooked breakfast to put some absorbic acid back into my blood stream, or have a tin of tomatoes or something red. Make sure before you go out that you have a glass of milk to line your stomach and when you come home drink a pint of water and take 2 painkillers before you sleep.
Time/not getting drunk. Try to sleep it off, if you can. Aspirin will only help with the pain of lights and sounds temporarily.

3. more of the same poison (drink 1 of watever u were drinking the night before
4. dont drink too much!
