If you are near the Canadian border (or have a friend who lives in Canada), you can get Robaxin over the counter. It's a product called Robaxacet, and it has several different combinations. I personally like Robax Platinum - it has the highest dosage of muscle relaxant and is coupled with a good dose of ibuprophen (sp?)
There are no muscle relaxers you can get over the counter. They are ALL prescription medications---soma, flexeril, skelaxin, robaxin and many others.
Try over the counter remedies for PMS. (Yes men can take them) Also doans pills works pretty well.
