I do. It is natural and god put it on earth for a reason. Better than man made chemicals.

I think pot should be legal for everyone. Alcohol is legal and look at how bad it is. Cigarettes are legal and look how bad they are. Why not make pot legal? It's certainly no worse than the other two and think of the revenues it would generate. Instead of wasting time and billions of dollars fighting the war on weed, the country could be focusing on other things. Like healthcare.
Not I. There are medically prescribed THC pills if absolutely necessary. There are also MULTIPLE antinauseants available and still being developed (sort of like smartphone technology or IPhone). Seeing these people inhaling on planes, in public, etc. is not so cool. Perhaps other lifestyle changes are in order - maybe not fly so close in time to chemo tx!
Sounds like major control issues with people who insist they need it since inhaling is the only thing that helps. Inhaling crack is also super since its so fast. Cocaine, opium, morning glory seeds, devil's trumpet are also naturally occuring products and look what happens to people who consume any of these outside the realm of medical monitoring. If you don't know, do some research. That is called abuse. Just like Oxycontin - a great medication when used appropriately, but when abused the consequences are tragic.
Of course it should be legalized for the ill.
In the Netherlands, it is sold in shops and is legal. They do not have near the problems we have with drugs. Their laws are followed and their citizens are not "wild with drugs"! They have a very orderly civilized government and populus.
This country (US) is run by a bunch of uptight puritans who only want to make rules for others and tax people for their own benefit. The politicians in Washington DC make tons of money and probably a large percent break the laws regularly in the privacy of their own homes, but are above the laws because they "wrote the laws". How many of them have been arrested for sex crimes, drug abuse, DUI's and other misdealings? If the wishes of the citizens were followed out, the politicians would be working for normal salaries, be fighting for health care like the rest of us, and pot would be available in stores and the proceeds would fund the government. What a waste of money. How many people are making money off selling pot? The government fills our jails with these people and more spring up. We waste our time putting them in jail for "non-crimes" and the money we spend prosecuting them would not have to even be spent if it was not a crime and was sold legally through "state stores" like alcohol is in some states.
Maybe in another 20 or 30 years when the current breed of right-wing hyporcrites are out of office and some people with some common sense can get elected...oh, that won't happen, you have to have tons of money to get elected...never mind. Oh well, that was a nice fantasy.
I DO! one of the best effects of the chronic is dealing with some of the emotional BS. after a diagnosis and treatment of a potentially fatal illness. you don't have to smoke it, there are many ways of ingesting it.
